New SIPs dwelling delivered within a record time.
3 main gabled roof volumes connected to form a well balanced cluster of habitable spaces, delivered with SIPs, timber framing and a series of metal portal frames.
Well ventilated cavities, additional insulation to avoid the linear thermal bridges created by the metal framing, airtightness, double glazed UPVC windows, mechanical ventilation systems were recommended and incorporated as part of the SIPs & building physics services.
